In June, we dedicated our team efforts to improving two things you and we value the most in Vantage—smooth communication and automated workflow. New fields like Issues and Access Instructions are added to make your communication with the installation team even easier. A big deal for us and of great use for you, we integrated with Zappier—a tool that lets you connect many hundreds of cloud apps and other services to share data across tools or trigger actions between them. And our team’s favourite update—have you spotted how cool the dashboard looks? Yes, we’ve polished our design as well.

You can find one more tab in the job sign-off view — Issues. Installers can submit issues with photos to let you know of imperfections or problems after submitting their job. This way, you are always aware of revisits to be done before delivering the work to your clients.
Access Instructions field is added to the location information section of the job to help installers find everything about the job in one place. You can now enter the instruction about how to get into the store or where to find the keys as you set up a job (and when you need—edit it).
Zapier lets you connect Vantage with thousands of the most popular apps, which lets you automate your work and have more time for what matters most with no code required.
You can now trigger Gmail to send emails once the job is approved, create a draft invoice in your accounting software, or create an event in Google Calendar. For that, you need to select a Vantage trigger that would start a Zap and it will perform the required action in the chosen app. And more is yet to come.
