For nearly three decades, they've served global brands and agencies with industry-leading expertise, particularly in live events, retail, sports, and visitor attractions.

Their skilled in-house installers and network of subcontractors operate across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.

The company joined Moss Global in 2023 after being acquired by Moss Inc., Illinois — leaders in premium graphics, complex structures, and custom installations. This links Moss UK with sister operations in Germany and Poland.

How it started

Moss started working with Vantage several years ago when our software was in its early stages. The teams consulted closely to ensure that Vantage was perfectly tailored to the needs of wide-format print and signage companies. The relationship has grown ever since, and our teams recently collaborated again as Vantage began integrating with Lift ERP Software.

The VantageGo app is popular with Moss's team, who find it very easy to use. The app saves time by replacing hundreds of admin phone calls between project managers and installers and allows them to focus on the more complex parts of their jobs.

Transparency for teams and clients

Some Moss installation vendors have their own installer teams. In these cases, the Moss team sets them up with their own Vantage dashboards so that subcontractors can receive their jobs and allocate them directly to their teams. This means that if an installer has a query on site, the subcontractor can resolve it themselves rather than contacting the Moss team.

The Client Portal developed by Vantage allows Moss’s customers to benefit from more streamlined installations. It lets clients track their projects and receive approval photos for sign-off more quickly.

Using sign-off photos in the Vantage app also helps protect the Moss teams by showing the completed work. For example, if they are working in a shared space such as an office refurb, if something gets damaged by someone else, they will have evidence of how it was left by them.
